2023 Highlights Blog

2023 has been a year of great success for the team here at Letterbox Gifts. There have been highs and lows (as with many businesses we can imagine) but ultimately, we are incredibly proud of our achievements and want to share them! Keep reading to find out what our 2023 highlights are.

Growing Our Team

Our first accomplishment is adding another member to our small (but mighty) team! We welcomed Lyndsey to Letterbox Gifts in May 2023 and she's been an incredible asset to the team these past 7 months.

From filming for our social media channels to packing our customer orders, we're so grateful to have added Lyndsey to our team.

Thank you so much for all your hard work this year Lyndsey! We can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for you here at Letterbox Gifts. 

Improving Our Social Media

We put a lot of work into posting regularly on social media this year - and it really has paid off! We managed to grow our Instagram to 18k in just 6 months! This is an incredible achievement for a small business like ours. We think it's a true testament to how much our products are admired. 

If you don't already follow us on Instagram - we'd highly recommend you go check us out! We throw monthly giveaways and have plenty of exclusive offers and discounts over there. 

Our Products In John Lewis 

That's right, our products made their way into John Lewis just last month! You can shop them online and even in-store as well.

We feel like John Lewis encapsulates our target audience and allows us to elevate the gifting game like never before. Being able to shop Letterbox Gifts right in your local John Lewis... What could be more convenient?

Furthermore, the capability to order online and click & collect in store. It's a service that we would not have been able to offer our incredible customers without this opportunity. If you haven't seen us in John Lewis yet, pop down to your local store and see if you can find us!

Our Founders' New Arrivals

As if all of these achievements weren't enough to keep our Founders Michelle & Eleanor busy, they also welcomed new arrivals of their own this summer! Michelle welcomed baby Evelyn and Eleanor welcomed baby Leo. 

These new additions to the Letterbox Team have been in and out of the office since they were just weeks old! Being a business owner never stops and we are so proud of Michelle and Eleanor for accomplishing so much this year, with both their business and their personal lives. 

Evelyn & Leo are beautiful babies and we look forward to seeing them grow up when they come to visit the office with their Mummy's!
